Returns and exchange details

I want you to love your jewelry but if for some reason it is just not what you expected, I will accept returns within 7 days. (item(s) must be returned in the original packaging in it’s original condition) I will refund your full purchase price (less shipping charges) and the return shipping will be your responsibility. Please contact me within SEVEN (7) days of receipt of your item. When the item is received as stated, your payment will be refunded via the method of payment. I try to photograph true to color and give measurements as accurately as possible, however, colors can look different on different monitors.

Shipping policies

Shipping and Handling: via USPS First Class mail with delivery confirmation. Other shipping methods available upon request.
Payment Policy: Preferred payment is through Paypal. I accept Visa and Mastercard through Paypal and Postal Money Orders payable to Carolyn Foster. All payments are in US Dollars. I will accept money orders and cashier’s checks which need to be received within one week from purchase date.

Additional policies

If you have a issue with your piece breaking, I will repair it for free. Please keep in mind that gold pieces are gold filled and not intended to be worn in the shower or exposed to perfume or hair spray. I know we all want to look and smell good ,but your jewelry should be the last thing you put on.
